    Holy Crap! I wouldn’t even be able to lift it once.. lol. That’s some serious workout there, something to um.. work up to ‘one day’ perhaps.. right now, finding it difficult to walk to my mailbox to see if there’s any mail.. so probaly going to be a long way off for me.. I mean, my mind wants it, but not wanting it bad enough to convince the body to do anything about it yet..

    With all due respect, what could be more hazardous for the spine than repetition deadlifts under exhaustion? Sorry, but that’s a terrible idea for a tabata cycle. Deadlifts have been historically used as a maximal strength movement, not a conditioning tool.
