Hot Abs Tabata Combo

This week’s Tabata routine is demonstrated by Rebekah “Bex” Borucki. She’s a yoga and fitness instructor and a mother of four!

Her Tabata ab routine invovles:

  • High Knees
  • Squat Jumps
  • Mountain Climber/ Burpee
  • Knee Grab
